This recording was made at a concert Pete Seeger gave at the Museum of Modern Art in New York for an audience of five hundred college students. A testament to Seeger's skill at leading a chorus, this album features songs from several American genres, as well as from Norway, South Africa, the Jewish tradition, and Puerto Rico-all with lots of audience participation.
