The Wretched

Rebellious teen Ben (John-Paul Howard) wasn't happy to have been wrangled into a summer job helping his dad (Jamison Jones) run a lakeside marina. That misery would pale, however, after a malevolent, millennium-old forest spirit possessed the attractive next-door neighbor (Zarah Mahler)-and no one would believe Ben's suspicions of unholy goings-on until it was far, far too late.
